Groundbreaking ceremonies for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial took place in Washington, DC.
I was blessed several years ago to the moving wall!
It was AWESOME! What a site to behold!
We were able to locate on the wall Tim's Cousin (ugh can't remember his name at the moment) Anyhow, we got a rubbing of his name and sent it to Tim's family!
