Outdoor Wednesday

This event is hosted every week by the very lovely Susan at a Southern Daydreamer. Click my title and you will go to her wonderful blog to see her post as well as all the others that participate.
The hubby and I along with our teens (LOL my nephew and my friends daughter) were out for a day of fun, (had to get a hair cut on camp pendleton) we decided after our few short errands we would go out for some geocaching. Well the coordinates brought us to a beautiful little park called Palmares Park (it is located in Fallbrook Ca). There were many very cool art sculputres in the park. (my pictures did not turn out so well so i googled and found some great pictures of the art). This would be a great park to have a quiet quaint little picnic for 2!
The geocaching expidition lead us to count things and add and subtract and get new coordinates to find the cache. we had to walk the entire little park, there were many trees and flowers and benches to sit and watch and read a good book!

I hope you enjoyed the park as much as we did!

It is always so wonderful to find someone from home. I am from San Diego and live in Riverside and make the trip often.
I love your pictures...Fallbrook..
We used to talk of living there after my husband retired from the Marine Corp. We didn't...but I loved that little town. We lived in house on Pendleton...wow..memories! Some of my babies were born in that hospital so many, many years ago.
