Planning a Vacation - to NM, CO and back to NM before coming home

Tim and I are planning our next adventure. Timothy graduates from Pueblo Community College on the night of May 2, as the good daddy that he is Tim wants to be present. So we are off to CO but we are going via NM to say Hi to mommy and the rest of the family, picking up tims sister and heading to CO yet we are not gg to Pueblo as the time share doesn't have a resort close to Pueblo so we are gg to stay in Pagosa SPrings, which is okay because we have some terrific friends located in this quaint little town. We will arrive on a sunday so what are we suppose to do sunday through thursday????????
Lets start looking ...
first i checked out
Pagosa Springs - City's website and found this

The Town of Pagosa Springs is a scenic community known for "healing waters", our natural hot springs ("Pagosah" is a Southern Ute word for "healing waters").
We are located thirty minutes west of the Continental Divide and Wolf Creek Ski Area. Pagosa Springs is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest and Southern Ute Indian lands. Many recreational activities are made possible by the San Juan River that flows through the heart of town.
We have myriad opportunities for hiking, fishing, all forms of skiing, hunting, four wheel drives, snowmobiling, and numerous scenic drives. With an average of 300 days of sunshine and four definitive seasons

I am thinking maybe a spa day in some healing waters after a nice hike ... tim is thinking fishing and hunting i am sure sis is thinking ahhhhhhhhhhhh relaxation ...

Okay i have to get some work done so until i have more time i would love to hear of other exciting adventures that we could have in Pagosa!
