I have been working on Christmas presents

I got a PIF of blank cards and once they arrived at the house i took out a stash of flowers and a jar of brads and added flowers to the cards making a nice handmade present for a friend. I am going to go the store tomorrow and buy a pen set.

The ovenmitt filled with a towel, spoon and sugar cookie mixture. Is a present for Kelsie and Taylor's teacher i got the super cool idea from this blog http://oodabugalley.blogspot.com/2008/09/here-are-few-projects-i-made-for-this.html

CHRISTMAS GIFTS part II

For months i had the notion that i was going to make gifts for the family, i always start with high hopes then i usually end up piffing away the stuff that i bought to make the gifts because i don't' make them. Well, earlier in the year these cool Polaroid face plate picture frames were on clearance at target for 74 cents so i grabbed me some, and i continued to grab them as i shopped different target's.
i thought it can't be hard to alter these right -- jodie supplies me with plenty of adhesive, so as the little engine says i can do it , i can i can, so can I. I sat down and made this for Nicolesorry for the glare i had to take back out of the box to snap the shot. I bought a cute frame stand at walmart for 54 cents or something like that. So for a buck twenty five $1.25 and my stash i created this one and these 3 for my sister

Sorry there are no individuals of these i didn't think to take them before i wrapped them.

But i do want to thank Lisa for the flowers, Tiffany for the transparencies, Jodie for the buttons, Rachael for the stickles!

Handmade Christmas Gifts Part 1

I decided to make a few gifts this year as Jacquie says HANDMADE IS HEARTFELT This Friends Frame is going to my sister it has pictures of some family and friends and it says friends are the family you collect along the way ...
This Rolodex is being sent to tim's mom. (it made it to the post office today) I added cards behind each month with a family members birthday ... an item to make calendars obsolete. Thanks to all whom participated in the Rolodex swap on insane swappersanother view of a very cool Rolodex

This is 3 Rolodexes .. see i was in 2 spots on the insane Rolodex swap so i was able to make one for tim's mom and one for tim's sister and the one in the middle is from awesome swaps and was made for my sister (good thing she doesn't do the computer thing huh )

BY the way price of rolodex $3.99 at target items from a swap and my stash ... ahhhhhhhhh HANDMADE is HEARTFELT
