Day 27 --- ITS OFFICIAL

I really did it! I graduated from College here is the diploma to PROVE IT!

I DID IT!!!

Today I took the final step in my educational pursuit and applied for my Degree!
Lets hope it comes quickly!!!!

Day 301 -- My grade is in

Ugh math stinks, thank goodness derrick is so good at it. for a few meals and a few trips to MV he was able to help me pull out a B

I GRADUATED Day 282

Graduation to me was a HUGE event. I was able to graduate and have both of my parents there to witness the event. Yes i did it! It took 20 years and 4 months after i graduated high school and 2 years since i enrolled in the university of phoenix to complete my bachelors degree. A journey that has taught me to the person that i am today. I am honored that i could show the children in life that if i can do it so can they and how important that school really is! I have a great job a terrific boss, and the owners of the company are good to me. I have a great husband and a very supportive family and that is what made this journey possible. DETAILS: This course examines the skills necessary for successful critical thinking, teamwork, research, and communication. The course is designed to aid adult learners in acquiring and improving the core competencies that are necessary at the University of Phoenix. Students will examine their reasons for returning to school, and develop strategies for achieving educational goals in school, work, and personal settings. Students will also be introduced to the University library and learn how to access its resources successfully!

It was a challenge to go back to school school, court reporting school was so different! 1 hr classes where someone dictated to you, at UOP i had to think (and friends that was scary) not only did i have to think but i had to do not 1 oral presentation but 2! WOW talk about conquering all your fears in one night! We had an assignment due nightly and 2 papers due .. classes are 5 weeks long so no absolutely no room to lag!

BUT I DID IT ... so on to the next class!
