Page 38 - Youth
Layout 38 is also a challenge sketch layout from PST_Layouts
The paper is SEI be bop; the rubons are SEI winnie walls (thanks Jodie); the monograms are sassfrass; the ric rac is a PIF from Elaine; the sketch is Becky Fleck and challenged to the grp by Kathy Carr.
