
I have been trying really hard to cook all my dinner time meals following the diabetic guidelines. I have done a good job in my opinion. I came across a dish called skillet meatloaf. Now meatloaf at least mom's meatloaf makes my mouth water and this site said i could make it fast. Well i stopped at the store and bought the rest of the ingredients that i needed. I came home mixed the meat put in my favorite pan and cooked away. It tasted so yummy i ate 2 helpings (not recommended in the diabetic guide). The picture is of the meal that i ate!
