Armed with my coupons and my register rewards i went to Walgreens on my way home last night.
I got 2 aquafresh toothpaste ($1 coupon per item)
3 boxes of cookies (oreo, nutterbutter and chips ahoy not the small individual ones but not the big ones either) they were on sale 3/$3 and
1 bottle of white rain shampoo it was a $1
Total for my 6 items $5.61 -- my deal that could have been sweeter see i didn't get another register reward (rr) for my aquafresh because i used the previous rr on this purchase the manager said when you do this a new rr doesn't print (so i should have done the transaction of my cookies and my $3rr and then the aquafresh so that i could have gotten my next rr :( it was a lesson learned.

That doesn't seem right. I always read on all these other blogs how these ladies pay for stuff w/ RR and get RR. I think some managers are just strict.
