Time once again for Outdoor Wednesday hosted by Susan at A Southern Daydreamer
This is my first Outdoor Wednesday ...
as there wasn't many pictures on my computer to pick from , i chose these 2, this was from a recent trip to Pagosa Springs, CO. This is a day that we spent at the time share just enjoying walking around the lake and the golf course and enjoying the fresh air and seeing stars at night, 
that is definitely something you don't get to do in riverside, CA. My sister and her family are heading to this area on Friday and am I jealous!!!!

Hi Pauline, the photo of the lake is so beautiful. You took a couple of great photos. I read a little of your blog, and I signed up to follow as I want to come back and read more. I too, am a Type 2 diabetic. I take 5 shots a day and 2,000 mg. of Metformin a day. I also have high blood pressure and take medicine for that. I know where you are coming from. It is so hard.
