Today we took elyse and derrick to san juan capistrano to do some geo caching and have a history lesson. I think that it is important that the children understand the past as they say history repeats itself. We found some great and creative caches. After a long hot day of hiking hills, to old cemetaries, dead ends, pumps, sand and whatever else was in the way we went to BAD TO THE BONE BBQ as suggested by a dear friend. We went in and ordered elyse ordered a salad
and they brought it to the table. I am not sure what this is but it was in the salad and i am not eating it, however elyse and her I can do attitude, stuck it in her mouth, only to quickly grab derricks soda ... she said at first it tasted sweet then it was just gross!
