My outdoor
Wednesday is a fun one this week. So many of the lovely ladies that participate in outdoor
Wednesday are showcasing the wonders of the season around them.

I am
fortunate enough to live in
southern California, the home of the Mouse .... There is no happier place than the happiest place on earth.

That would be DISNEYLAND. Tim and i decided to use his salute a hero pass (military got in free) and spend a night at
Disneyland. We went to California

Adventure first! And this is what greeted us in true
Disney fashion the park was all dressed up for
Halloween and

we got a first hand look at

candy corn acres. There was candy corn cactus, and candy corn
tomato's
and candy corn grapes and candy corn corn and candy corn carrots, every where you looked you were surrounded by candy corn ... it was awesome.

The only thing missing was the smell of the sweet candy corn that i
remember when i was a kid. The

best part of candy corn acres is that
Heimlich comes for a visit. He

hides in the bite on the right size of this over grown candy corn.

Can you imagine how long it took
Disney to grow this corn ????

There were many great sites to see on the
Disneyland side of the park here are a few of my

favorites. I love that they even add
decorations to the trees ...
my husband would tell you that i am just fascinated with the mouse and his big house that has so many fun toys to play in and

on and that i would never pass up a chance to go play and while he might be right yo9u must admit the mouse has style :

We have been to Disneyland and Disneyworld at Christmas time and the decorations were jaw-dropping. I think these Halloween ones are equally spectacular! We are coming over to the States again in January so your great pictures have really got me excited!

mmmm, I'm getting hungry for some candy corn. Dangerous for me to go to Disneyland during Halloween. Displays would vanish! (tee hee) Interesting Outdoor Wednesday post.
