In 2006, the Art Alliance of the Riverside Art Museum
created a giant orange project which scattered artist-inspired
fiberglass fruit around Riverside's streets.

This time, they have shrunk the oranges and
will be creating a grove of over 100 small fiberglass oranges
created by local artists.

Artists have been asked to use the small oranges as a
unique canvas for their talents for a fundraiser that will
take place in November.

The OrangeAID exhibit will take place November 1 - 9.
The SOLD OUT Benefit and Auction will take place on November 9 from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
The community can still attend all the free OrangeAID events, November 1-8.
Riversiders who wish to see the artist-inspired small oranges can still do so for free during the week-long show at the museum starting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, for Arts Walk, and running through November 8 during regular museum hours, Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Sundays, 12:00 noon - 4:00 p.m.
In
addition to seeing the grove of small art oranges, visitors can also
shop at the Orange Pop-Up Boutique which will be open during museum
hours and features local artisans and home-made items.
