Vicente was born in Fallbrook on this glorious day in 1986 to the proud parent Rebecca and Timothy and proud big brother Timothy Paul. Today we celebrate a well-love young man that captured everyone's hearts .... we Love you and miss you Vicente .. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
